This product requests that we prepare this item for you.  Once your purchase is made we contact you and the following occurs:

1. We conduct an electronic interview session to learn about your program.  This includes location, demographics, whether the focus is health oriented or social.
2. We prepare the Plan.
3. We deliver within fourteen, (14) days.
4. We edit as often as necessary for one, (1) year if licensing personnel requests revisions.
